Map the actual flow
We document how work moves today — where it starts, who touches it, which systems are involved, and where it stops, waits, or gets re-entered. We look for the real exceptions, not just the happy path.
Process automation
Some work cannot be solved by a dashboard. It needs a custom operating flow: the trigger, the data, the decision rules, the approval point, and the system update all wired together around how your team actually works.
We sit with the client team, map the actual flow of work, identify the systems and people involved, and design the automation around the real exceptions — not just the happy path.
A production workflow that watches the right trigger, prepares the next step, routes the exception, and leaves a clear audit trail.
In practice
A large private bank works with 20,000+ Direct Sales Agents who sell loan products on its behalf. Every month, each agent must submit a physical invoice for commission payment — a process plagued by inaccuracies, delays, and manual effort on both sides. We replaced this entirely with a digital platform: admin uploads vendor master data and monthly payment sheets, the system auto-generates invoices for each vendor, agents e-sign through a self-service portal, and signed invoices flow directly into the payment approval queue. Settlement time dropped from 30-45 days to under 24 hours.
How it works
We document how work moves today — where it starts, who touches it, which systems are involved, and where it stops, waits, or gets re-entered. We look for the real exceptions, not just the happy path.
We define triggers, decision rules, exception paths, approval points, and system writebacks. For consequential actions (payments, status changes, external communications), we build explicit approval gates.
We wire data inputs, automation logic, tool calls, schedules, and audit trail. Test against real records and edge cases — including what happens when a system is down or data is missing.
Your team runs the workflow in production with us watching. We hand over the operating procedure, failure paths, ownership model, and a clear way to expand the flow to the next use case.
Document intelligence extracts structured data from unstructured images of cheques, identity documents, GST certificates, and bank passbooks. Automated cross-validation flags mismatches between submitted documents before they reach the payment stage — preventing rework that would otherwise take days to catch. Anomaly detection identifies duplicate or fraudulent claims at submission time.

We scope the first project around that problem, deliver a working result in weeks, and stay on as an operations partner — because the platform keeps getting sharper after go-live.
